ABOUT THE SERVICE

To furnish upon request of any interested party certified copies of records of public character upon payment to the treasury such fees as prescribed by ordinance.

Requirements 

Letter request specifying the document needed or duly filled out request form

Service Schedule : Monday to Friday 8:00 am-12:00nn; 1:00-5:00pm

Fees to be Paid : Secretary’s Fee P 30.00
