Hon. Emilio L. Medina – representative of the 2nd District of Ilocos Norte to the House of Representatives in 1931; Governor of Ilocos Norte in 1942 and an outstanding practicing lawyer.

Hon. Enrique P. Medina, Sr. – one time Board Member & Governor of Negros Oriental then representative of said province to the House of Representatives in 1946 up to 1949 and later Chairman of the Public Service Commission during the time of President Macapagal.

Glicerio M. Garcia - Agricultural Scientist & Writer who became Assistant Director for Research at the Bureau of Plant Industry who developed the Dingras Experimental Station which was considered No. 1 BPI Experimental Station in the Philippines.

Engr. Bernardo J. Gallego – former Chief Marine Engineer on board vessels of different categories of the US Army Trans. Corps. and the Merchant Marine Fleet of the Domestic and Foreign Trade. He was the lone representative to the South East Asia Trans Agency Conference in Marine Engineering held at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in 1975.

Dr. Adolfo Revilla, Jr. – retired Dean, College of Forestry, University of the Philippines, Los Baños, Laguna.

Ester Albano-Garcia, Ph. D.- Vice President for Administration, UP; CHED Commissioner

Alberto M. Albano – Vice President for Finance and Administration; and President of Filipino Galvanizers Institute and Governor of the Philippine Council of Management.

Engr. Amador Dulig – outstanding Engineer who initiated the Magat River Multi-Purpose project in Isabela.

Dakila Fonacier – Outstanding Marketing and Control Consultant; Buraeu of Customs Commissioner and presently the Bureau of Internal Revenue Commissioner.

Rev. Fr. Amador Foz – Outstanding Iloko Author, Composer, Poet and Dramatist and composer of the Ilocos Norte March.

Atty. Jesus P. Parado – outstanding Revenue Officer; former Revenue District Officer of Quezon City who later became the Regional Director of Cebu City.

Fiscal Angelo M. Albano – Municipal Judges League of the Philippines Director for Region I; City Prosecutor, Laoag City

Hon. Gregorio R. Puruganan – Floor Leader and Delegate of the Second District of Ilocos Norte to the 1971 Constitutional Convention, a nationally known composer, poet and writer and an outstanding practicing lawyer.

Artemio T. Madamba – an awardee of the Gold Medal Award for heroism by the court of honor of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines.
